One hotspot. One price. Everyone connected.

Cruise ship WiFi is a racket

Every cruise line charges per device, per day. And the connection is still terrible. Here's what you're actually paying for.

💸

$15-20 per device, per day

That's per phone. Per tablet. Per laptop. A family of four for a week? You're looking at $420-560 just for WiFi.

🐌

Shared with 3,000 people

Ship WiFi is saturated and shared across every passenger. Expect timeouts, failed uploads, and video calls that freeze mid-sentence.

🔌

Tied to the ship's network

You're stuck using whatever system the cruise line installed. No alternatives, no competition, no negotiating. It's their price or nothing.

Your own WiFi, on your terms

We ship a portable hotspot to your door before your cruise. It works the moment you board.

Order before your cruise

Pick your plan. We ship the hotspot to your home or hotel before departure.

Turn it on when you board

Press the power button. Scan the QR code and you're connected. Hotspot only works while at sea.

Stay connected at sea

The hotspot connects via satellite while your ship is underway. Messaging, email, maps, and browsing all work.

Mail it back when you're home

Prepaid return envelope included. After your cruise, drop it in any mailbox. Done.

Common questions about cruise ship WiFi

How does Wifi2Go actually work at sea? +
The device uses a maritime eSIM that connects to a dedicated network covering ocean routes worldwide. It's the same infrastructure used by ship crews, not the overloaded passenger WiFi. The connection works while the ship is at sea. Need coverage at ports too? Add one of our regional data plans and you're covered on land as well.
Is 3GB or 5GB enough for a cruise? +
For most cruisers, yes. 3GB covers messaging (WhatsApp, iMessage), email, social media browsing, and light photo sharing for a 7-10 day cruise. 5GB adds room for more photo uploads, video calls with family back home, and heavier browsing. Neither plan is meant for streaming Netflix all day, but that's what the pool is for.
Can I use it for video calls? +
Yes, but be mindful of data usage. A FaceTime or WhatsApp video call uses roughly 3-5 MB per minute. A quick call to check on the kids or pets back home is fine. Hour-long Zoom meetings will eat through your data quickly. Audio-only calls use much less and work well throughout.
What about the US IP add-on? +
The US IP add-on routes your traffic through a US-based network so that websites and apps see you as connecting from the United States. This is useful for banking apps that block foreign logins, corporate VPNs that require a US connection, and streaming services with US-only content libraries. It's available on the 5GB plan for an additional $25.
Do I need to return the device? +
Yes. The device is a rental. We include a prepaid return envelope in your package. When you get home, put the hotspot and cable back in the envelope and drop it at any mailbox or post office. Your $50 deposit is refunded once we receive it back in working condition.
What if my cruise line isn't listed? +
New ships are added often. Contact us and see if yours was recently added.
